Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager
A key role within our Financial Institution's Front Office is seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Manager to lead the remediation of Client Due Diligence (CDD) write-ups and documentation for existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Source of Wealth Remediation Analysts and stakeholders, ensuring that cases are reviewed and completed in a timely manner, and any issues or roadblocks are identified early.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the source of wealth remediation program to ensure completion targets are met
- Prepare required reporting to senior management on the remediation completion progress
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, manage escalation and issue resolution
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulators, and Compliance Testing team on queries related to the remediation program
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience working in a financial institution with CDD/AML knowledge & experience in Source of Wealth (SoW)
- Strong attention to detail and controls, ability to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload and deadlines effectively
