Job Title: IT Governance and Risk Management Specialist

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial institution as an IT Governance and Risk Management Specialist. As the central point of contact for all technology-related risk, audit, and regulatory matters, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and control functions to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Technology Risk and Compliance Activities: You will be responsible for coordinating across all lines of defense for IT risk, regulatory inspections, and audit activities.
  • Drive Governance Frameworks: You will drive governance frameworks, including RCSA, KRI monitoring, incident reviews, and compliance self-assessments.
  • Advise on Technology and Cybersecurity Risk Management: You will advise on technology and cybersecurity risk management.
  • Review and Support Closure of Audit Findings: You will review and support closure of audit findings and track remediation progress.
  • Promote Risk Awareness and Enhance Governance Maturity: You will promote risk awareness and lead initiatives to enhance governance maturity.
  • Prepare Regulatory Reports: You will prepare regulatory reports and support process automation in risk and control activities.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of Experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance: You should have at least 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong Understanding of Relevant Frameworks: You should have a strong understanding of MAS regulations, NIST, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on Experience with IT Risk Tools: You should have hands-on experience with IT risk tools, controls testing, and audit response.
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: You should be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
