Senior Manager of Industry Engagement

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong track record of developing and executing strategies that drive business growth through effective industry partnerships. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our industry engagement efforts, building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and driving innovative collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with industry leaders and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of industry-related educational and training programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of industry engagement initiatives, refining strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Recognized bachelor's degree; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience in research management or industry development within a research setting.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the local research, innovation, and enterprise ecosystem.
  • Resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
