**What the role is**
- In this role, you are an individual contributor and play a key role in enhancing employee communications and engagement to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also be expected to lend support to organisational development and culture building efforts that are led and managed by ITO.
**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Employee Engagement/Pulse Surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the work environment
- Develop and communicate detailed insights on survey results and engagement levels, and work with Senior Management/Division Directors to develop action plans to address areas of improvement
- Lead and coordinate the MTI Excellence Awards, FireFly Awards, and Public Sector Transformation Awards to build a culture of appreciation and recognition
- Organise and facilitate dialogue sessions with Senior Management to promote open communication and feedback from employees
- Develop and implement an employee communications plan that leverages various communication channels, such as Townhalls, Staff Newsletter, eDMs and the Intranet, to keep employees informed and engaged. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of the Intranet, ensuring that it is a user-friendly platform for accessing organisational information and resources
- Assist in organisational development and culture building efforts
Your responsibilities in these areas will be critical to fostering a positive and engaged work culture, promoting open communication and collaboration, and supporting MTI’s strategic goals and objectives.
**What we are looking for**
- 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field of study
2. At least 5-6 years of experience in HR and/or Organisational Development
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
6. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
