Job Summary:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in a dynamic environment. Ensure seamless coordination of sales processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication between internal teams and clients.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for services.
  • Track sales inquiries, proposals, and contract status to support the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and procurement teams to gather required information for bids and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data, contracts, and pricing in CRM systems.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentation materials, and assist in client communication.
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards.
  • Assist in post-sales administration, including contract handovers and service-level tracking.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in B2B services.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
