Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Expert

A high-performing Senior Business Solutions Analyst is required to spearhead business growth through effective analysis and solution implementation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements and identifying areas for enhancement
  • Developing and implementing business solutions that yield significant business benefits
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their objectives
  • Providing expert advice on business analysis best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst
  • Expertise in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules
  • Good working knowledge of international Private Banking and experience in handling Automation projects, process automations, and RPA projects
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and Agile methodology
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, including conducting PLW sessions and preparing Gap lists
  • Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written communication skills
