We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role in our organization.

Job Overview

This position involves working on the development and implementation of test solutions for design verification of highly integrated SoC chips. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with ATE test equipment.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating and implementing cost-effective manufacturing test solutions, developing characterization and test plans, and analyzing data to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in ATE test equipment and SoC chip testing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and digital/analog/mixed-signal/VLSI principles
  • Experience with Perl programming language and Unix/Linux operating system
  • Familiarity with IO pad design and DC parameters testing
