
Customer Acquisition and Retention Specialist

About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer loyalty program, driving customer acquisition and retention at the mall. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, design marketing campaigns, secure partnerships, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Management: Oversee membership acquisition, cross-partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis, and budget management.
- Acquisition and Retention Strategies: Develop programs to provide members with a seamless experience.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design end-to-end campaigns spanning functions such as brand management, partnerships, and integrated marketing.
- Partnerships and Sponsorships: Secure and manage affiliate partnerships to leverage analytic insights of the database.
- Feedback and Stakeholder Management: Manage 360 feedback from members and stakeholders alike.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to execute efforts and maximize effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Build statistical models and derive insights from structured data to translate into best practices.
- Market Trends: Monitor market trends and react using available tools to stay ahead and relevant.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing full-scale loyalty programs and small teams.
- Track Record: A track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network.
- Integrated Marketing Disciplines: Detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines.
- Communication Skills: Articulated and strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across different levels.
- Drive and Attitude: Getting-things-done drive and can-do attitude.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge potential across teams and develop synergies.
- Data Analysis Experience: Past experience in data analysis and deep learning is preferred.
