Airport Operations Coordinator

As an Airport Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily airport operations. This includes assisting in the coordination of staff schedules and relevant reports/paperwork.
The ideal candidate will possess full knowledge of handling airport services provided by our company. You will be responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationery, and stocks for daily use for your department.
You will also be responsible for receiving and maintaining records and accounts for all flights serviced and attended. Additionally, you will attend to vendors' queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely professional way.
Other key responsibilities include conducting and submitting monthly flight lists for accounting purposes and performing any additional duties as required.
Requirements- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 1 year relevant industry experience with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service
- Able to accept 6 days of rotating shift working hours as required by the airport's operations
