Airport Operations Management is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills to oversee the smooth operation of airport activities. This involves strategic planning, coordinating staff schedules and tasks, managing reports and paperwork, and ensuring adequate manpower requirements for all staff groups.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily airport operations by planning staff schedules and coordinating tasks efficiently.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and stationery for daily use within the department.
- Receive and maintain accurate records and accounts for all flights serviced and attended.
- Attend to vendors' queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct monthly flight lists for accounting purposes.
- Be prepared for shift rotation and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: To excel in this position, you should have a thorough understanding of airport services provided, along with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
