Asia South Wealth Control Testing Team Leader

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Asia South Wealth Control Testing Team. As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of controls designed and owned by Citi's Asia South Wealth businesses.
About the RoleThe Asia South Wealth Control Testing Team is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of controls that support the delivery of our wealth management services. As a leader in this team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing control testing strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our control testing results.
- Leading a team of control testing professionals to design, execute, and report on control testing activities.
- Collaborating with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure that control testing results are accurately reflected in our risk management and control frameworks.
- Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in risk and control roles, with a focus on control testing.
- 5+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Subject matter expertise in control design, execution, and control testing.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding people and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration.
