Investments Asia and Australia Control Testing Team Leader

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to lead the Investments Asia and Australia Control Testing Team. As a key member of the Business Risk and Control Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective design and execution of controls that support the Investments Asia and Australia business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of controls testing professionals to support the design and execution of controls for the Investments Asia and Australia business.
- Develop and implement control testing strategies and plans to ensure the effective design and execution of controls.
- Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of controls and to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and control testing professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in control testing and risk management.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in risk and control roles, with 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Subject matter expert on controls design, execution, and control testing.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding people and relationship management skills with the ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration.
- Independent thinker and able to perform a credible challenge of businesses/functions.
