Asia South Wealth Control Testing Team Leader

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia South Wealth Control Testing Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Business Risk and Control Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of controls testing professionals in supporting the Asia South Wealth business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct a team of controls testing professionals in supporting the Asia South Wealth business.
- Develop and implement control testing strategies and plans to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that controls are designed and implemented effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on control testing design and execution.
- Ensure that control testing results are accurate, complete, and timely.
- 10+ years of experience in risk and controls roles, with 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Subject matter expert on controls design, execution, and control testing.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding people and relationship management skills with the ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration.
