Asia North and Australia Wealth Control Testing Team Leader

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Asia North and Australia Wealth Control Testing Team. As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of controls designed and owned by Citi's Asia North and Australia Wealth businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of controls testing professionals responsible for supporting the testing of controls.
- Develop and implement control testing strategies and plans to ensure effective testing of controls.
- Collaborate with senior managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in control testing and risk management.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in risk and control roles, with 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Subject matter expert on controls design, execution, and control testing.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding people and relationship management skills with the ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration.
