- Manage and follow up on client enquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly PowerPoint.
