Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Prepaid Ambassador to join our team in Bugis and Tampines. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with creating accounts and downloading our app.

You will guide them on using the app and navigating our microsite, while also helping them with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets.

In addition, you will support SIM and router exchanges as well as eSIM activations, assist with prepaid top-ups, and provide general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in creating accounts and downloading the app.
  • Guide customers on using the app and navigating the microsite.
  • Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets.
  • Support SIM and router exchanges and eSIM activations.
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries.
