Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Prepaid Ambassador. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating accounts, and guiding customers through the app navigation process.

As a Prepaid Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various tasks, including SIM and router exchanges, eSIM activations, prepaid top-ups, and general inquiries. Your excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in creating accounts and downloading the app
  • Guide them on using the app and navigating the microsite
  • Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
  • Support SIM and router exchanges + eSIM activations
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
