Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Manage patient's appointments and treatment schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and manage patient's needs, care, and concerns efficiently and effectively in clinic.
- Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Interactive engagements with customers during events, corporate talks, roadshows, and clinics to promote our products and services.
- Deliver product knowledge to potential patients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
- Promote products, services, and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
- Capture photos and testimonials for social media posting for the clinic.
- Manage and maintain the clinic tidiness and cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
- Outstanding oral and written communication with great interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extrovert and outspoken personality.
- Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and Public Holidays.
