Job Description:

In this key role, you will play a vital part in supporting the recruitment process by managing job postings, coordinating background checks, and evaluating candidate resumes. Your responsibilities will include tracking candidate pipeline activity, analyzing recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement, and creating reports as needed.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment process support including job advertisement management, background check coordination, and candidate resume evaluation.
  • Track candidate pipeline activity and report back to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor data integrity through various trackers and systems, resolving discrepancies and addressing findings to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify gaps and create reports when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

For this position, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. A minimum of two years' experience in participating in recruiting operations/projects focused on process improvements is also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
