Job Description

As a key member of the Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd team, the Warehouse Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer services activities within the warehouse to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process customer orders and data on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify operational documents and billing summaries to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Ensure that customer service operational documents are properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with operation team members to coordinate inbound and outbound activities within set timelines.
  • Report any irregularities or issues encountered during work to direct superiors.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportation.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems and documentation of order processing.
  • Able to speak, read, and write English fluently for direct communication with customers or appointed vendors.
  • Experience with documentation such as checklists, temperature/RH reports.
  • Able to compile KPI reports periodically.
  • Able to verify billing reports to customers and service agreements.
