As a Senior Manager, HR Learning, you will play a key role in the organisation's leadership development and culture building. You will drive the strategy and implementation of learning and development programs that build staff capabilities, support employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Reporting to the Senior Director, HR, we are looking for a passionate and progressive individual to lead the Learning & Development function to:

  • Partner with organisational leaders to build capacity and capabilities to achieve business plans
  • Cultivate a strong learning environment where every staff member is empowered as a self-directed lifelong learner and can grow to be a leader of character and competence

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective talent development strategies and programs. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields, preferably within the education sector
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop learning strategies that build capacity and capabilities of staff
  2. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development framework for key job families with learning roadmaps to bridge current and future skill gaps in alignment to the Competency Framework
  3. Oversee leadership development and core programs and facilitate applications
  4. Drive staff development planning at organisational, departmental level with leaders where staff are encouraged to be self-directed
  5. Manage all learning programs in the organisation, administration, data-driven learning evaluations/effectiveness and maintain the Learning Management System
