We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team.
- Efficiently manage orders, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Monitor and resolve escalated orders in a proactive manner.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Accurately process and follow up on orders to ensure delivery of parts.
- Escalation Management: Proactively monitor and resolve escalated orders.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer support.
- Proficient hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage email volume.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple escalations simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
