Job Title: Strategic Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution.

About the Job

This role is responsible for optimizing our martech stack, developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies, collaborating with senior leadership, and staying current with digital trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, and experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

You will be responsible for leading campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across channels, developing ABM initiatives, and coordinating with creative teams.

In addition, you will manage digital agency relationships, mentor team members, and support campaign execution and reporting.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or related field.

8–10 years relevant experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.

Proven success in digital campaigns that generate and nurture leads.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, teamwork, project management, and multitasking skills.
