The Performance Marketing Manager role involves leading a team of lead generation specialists in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. This position requires experience in performance marketing, team management, and strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (paid digital advertising campaigns)
  • Develop compelling ad copy and concepts for ad design (banners, videos and landing pages)
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers and content writers to produce landing pages, banners, videos or other creatives required for campaigns
  • Measure, analyse and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Optimise campaign performance to achieve the target number of leads
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency
  • Team management experience of 2+ years
