Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online strategies and accelerate brand growth in a competitive market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical prowess.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop robust digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns from keyword research and ad copy creation to bidding strategies and performance analysis.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM):
  • Develop social media strategies across relevant platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns for targeted reach and lead generation.
• Content Marketing:
  • Strategize, develop, and manage a content calendar that includes engaging and SEO-friendly content for various digital channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and target audience needs.
• Email Marketing:
  • Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Manage CRM integration for personalized communication.
• Website Management & Analytics:
  • Oversee website content updates, user experience enhancements, and performance monitoring.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
  • Implement strategies to increase lead generation through various digital channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
• Reporting & ROI:
  • Regularly report on digital marketing performance, providing clear insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team, product development, and management to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Singaporean digital landscape, consumer behavior, and local market trends.
