We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and owning the digital marketing strategy, aligning with overall business goals for focused industries and markets.
  • Identifying emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the industrial sector and formulating innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all digital marketing activities and establishing robust reporting frameworks.
  • Championing a data-driven content strategy, overseeing the creation and distribution of high-value content that resonates with various target audiences and markets.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, market dynamics, and target audience insights to inform strategy and execution.
  • Positioning the company as a leading authority in test and measurement, fostering thought leadership and industry recognition through digital channels.
  • Architecting and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored to specific industrial segments and regional nuances.
  • Driving the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and technical accuracy across all digital touchpoints, working closely with subject matter experts.
  • Proactively monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaign performance, leveraging advanced analytics tools.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Implementing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Overseeing advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building, to ensure high organic visibility for technical and product-specific keywords.
  • Managing and optimizing regional/global paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and industry-specific networks, maximizing qualified lead generation.
  • Driving the effective utilization of marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and personalized communication globally.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems for efficient lead management and sales alignment.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
