Job Title: Strategic Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially minded and purpose-driven marketing leader to drive our marketing strategy and digital communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a data-informed annual marketing plan, leading digital campaigns, and positioning our school as the choice for families seeking academic rigour and a culture of inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by developing and executing a data-informed annual marketing strategy.
  • Lead digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website optimisation.
  • Position the school as the preferred choice for families seeking academic excellence and a culture of inclusion.
  • Align local branding with global standards while showcasing our unique story.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and school teams to ensure messaging supports enrolment goals.
  • Promote innovation through new technologies, automation, and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Represent the school in marketing forums and share best practices across the network.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, paid ads, CMS, email marketing).
  • A sharp eye for design and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to prioritise strategically, push back when needed, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
