Senior Executive, Marketing Position

This role is for a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive to join our organisation to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Communications and Outreach Department, as well as the Programmes and Services teams. They will be responsible for effectively advocating the organisation's cause, establishing it as a thought leader in matters relating to children, youth and family well-being, and enhancing community outreach.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that advance organisational objectives
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach across all channels
  • Lead content planning and development across digital platforms, creating compelling and engaging posts that drive awareness and support
  • Translate technical information into clear and digestible content for diverse audiences
  • Craft persuasive content for collateral materials
  • Collaborate with designers to conceptualise visually appealing campaign assets and marketing materials
  • Launch and optimise targeted digital ad campaigns to maximise reach and conversions
  • Manage campaign-specific microsites and landing pages
  • Support organisational events with photography and video coverage
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least three years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CMS platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritise tasks
  • Alignment with the organisation's core values
