  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Administration:
  • Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of materials.
  • Manage participant registrations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme budgets and manage resource allocation to support smooth and effective delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with front desk and reception duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience within social service agencies or IPC charities.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Passionate about stakeholder engagement with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and event management.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in using Canva and other online design tools.
