Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in crafting and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

  • You will lead the development of GenAI-powered applications, leveraging large language models, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering to create robust and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with public cloud platforms.
  • Apply GenAI for productivity enhancements, automating code generation, testing, and documentation, while maintaining model governance, risk management, and responsible AI best practices.
  • Deliver actionable insights and AI-driven products to clients across various industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail.
Must Have Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science/AI roles, with a strong background in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable), as well as expertise in deploying ML/GenAI applications using Kubernetes or serverless technologies.
Good to Have
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, or Retail.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks, such as MAS, GDPR, PDPA.
