Our organization is looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Management Associate. As part of this position, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing scalable systems, and optimizing performance across the entire value chain.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in logistics, warehousing, delivery, and customer support.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor real-time metrics and support data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement operational improvement projects, including cost reduction, process automation, and quality enhancement.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping marketing strategies, driving insights-based decisions, and exploring innovative marketing channels to meet business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
