**Assistant Operation Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Ops Supervisor with the management and daily operation of
the food and kitchen protocols
- Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving &
checking of inventory of goods and supplies
- Assigned work schedule and tasks to kitchen staffs
- Assist kitchen staff with preparation with orders and delivery of
order
- Ensure food hygiene & safety regulations are followed as according
to NEA's policy
- Report to Operation Supervisor and liaise with Admin on daily stock
and order
- Responsible for outlet (Lau Pa Sat) daily stock and assist outlet
as and when required

Skills:

- Good organizational skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Good knowledge of food industry
- Good communication skills

**Requirements**:

- O Level/Diploma
- Experience in F&B sectors
- Ability to communicate in English
- Working 6 days a week including weekends and Public Holidays
