Marketing Strategy and Business Performance

As a Business Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining the overall regional marketing strategy and tracking the overall business performance in the assigned region.

You will work closely with internal business development and business operations teams to identify and source potential travel products and external partnership opportunities for the Singapore Destination market or promotional channels in question.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining regional marketing strategies and tracking business performance
  • Working with internal teams to identify and source travel products and partnerships
  • Coordinating efforts across Innovation & Marketing Centre, IBU, BD, and Site Ops for campaigns and projects advancement
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Good understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and business models in the Singapore travel industry
  • Good understanding of marketing channels across key locales
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or the travel industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
