- Coordinate funding, grants, and sponsorships for volunteer projects.
- Facilitate training for volunteers, equipping them with skills to support the community.
- Enhance volunteer retention through strategic development initiatives.
- Monitor programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a desire to learn continuously, adaptability, and proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce. Experience in social services is advantageous, as is proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL).
