As a Volunteer Team Lead for MoNo.sg, you will be in charge of overall operations for our Downtown Chinatown 1,300 sqft air-conditioned space and managing our pool of volunteers.

MoNo.sg is a sustainability-related social enterprise funded by NEA and NYC, driven to make our environment a greener and better place, while supporting the vulnerable, the elderly and needy. We serve various customers including corporate staff, migrant workers, students, the elderly, families and government agencies. Our space in Downtown, Chinatown endeavours to raise awareness of reducing waste (food and non-food) and advocate for sustainable practices.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual who will assist with manning the space, interacting with customers, and managing the volunteer roster. Volunteers help MoNo in operating the space and serving customers. There is the potential for the Volunteer Team Lead to take responsibility for the overall running of the space. If you are keen to gain an understanding of the sustainability sector and do your part for sustainability in a start-up, do join us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for smooth operations of a big, clean, air-conditioned space
- Serving customers, educating them on food wastage
- Managing team of volunteers, including scheduling and on-boarding new volunteers from corporations, schools and individuals
- Liaising with HR departments of companies for volunteer and CSR opportunities
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks, logistics
- Adhere to processes and guidelines and share knowledge on reducing wastage, recycle, reuse, repurpose

**Requirements**:

- Interest in sustainability
- Responsible, calm and organised, takes initiative
- Has experience leading a team

Monthly salary range: SGD1,000 to SGD1,500 for a start (social enterprise)
