This role involves managing incoming receipts across all sales channels, ensuring accurate records of cash receipts, and monitoring outstanding customer accounts to follow up on overdue receivables.

  1. Communicate with salesmen on payment terms, prepare reminder letters, reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
  2. Prepare monthly AR provision journals, balance schedules, and aging reports.
  3. Assist in GST form preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in finance and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Experience in an FMCG or consumer-related business is advantageous but not required.
