About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. as a Senior Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including managing a full set of accounts, preparing management reports, generating client invoices, processing supplier invoices, coordinating with external parties, and reviewing and enhancing financial processes, policies, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full set of accounts and prepare management reports
  • Generate client invoices and submit them via client portals
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate with external parties and assist with audit and tax filing matters
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and settle outstanding amounts periodically
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable aging
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Review, implement, and enhance financial processes, policies, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

You must have a degree or equivalent certificates in financial accounting, proven experience managing a full set of accounts, strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements, and proficiency in using Microsoft software and ERP/Accounting system.
