  • Coordinate with clients to arrange schedules and assign tasks to technical staff as needed.
  • Monitor and follow up on company emails from customers to ensure prompt resolution of their concerns.
  • Apply Microsoft Excel skills to perform calculations and data analysis.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure spare parts and services.
  • Order spare parts from suppliers in Singapore and overseas.
  • Assist sales team in preparing sales and accounts receivable reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and restock as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
