Client Exit Policy Expertise

We are seeking a high calibre professional to leverage their expertise in developing and implementing a global client exit policy and process for HSBC.

The ideal candidate will have a high-level understanding of financial crime and reputational risk, familiarity with retail banking and financial services products, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to manage processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sustainable and consistent global client exit policy and process across all of HSBC.
  • Support policy change and potential impacts on process for the end-to-end oversight of operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert with key stakeholders.
  • Support action required to address Retail Banking Wealth Management risk appetite and financial crime risk matters.
  • Support stakeholder relationships through communication and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements:

  • High-level understanding of all types of financial crime and reputational risk.
  • Familiarity with retail banking and financial services products.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders to manage processes.
  • Experience of case work with strong judgmental.
  • Strong communication skills, team player.
