About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Manager. As a key member of our Partnerships & Growth team, you will play a critical role in driving the digitalization of our health promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Develop and adopt agile approaches to identify and test suitable digital features and platforms using time-bound experiments to test for proof of concept.
  • Curate Digital Journeys and Missions: Use human-centered design approaches to curate a library of digital journeys and missions that promote healthy lifestyles among children and youth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure and manage vendors, provide secretariat support to the workgroup in charge of C&Y digitalization efforts, and assist in project and budget management.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Gather insights from student projects, research, feedback from focus group discussions, and user testing to refine the digitalization plan for future iterations.
  • Translate Learnings into Applications: Translate learnings into applications to reinforce health initiatives and efforts.
  • Communicate Progress and Identify Risks: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess good analytical, inter-personal, persuasive writing, and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Project Management: Have at least 3 years of working experience in project and account management, preferably in a health promotion or related field.
  • Networking and Influencing Skills: Possess strong networking and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Adaptability and Proactivity: Be adaptable to changes, proactive, dynamic, resourceful, creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to excel.
