Sales and Administration Coordinator

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD.
Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication skills to handle sales and administration documentation, as well as prepare shipping and banking documents. This role will require the candidate to liaise with various stakeholders including shipping companies, banks, customers, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international commodity trading and experience working with SAP ERP systems. A diploma or equivalent qualification is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience. Additionally, knowledge of commodity products such as copper and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage sales and administration documentation
- Liaise with shipping companies, banks, customers, and vendors regarding shipping and banking documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in international commodity trading
- Strong knowledge of commodity products such as copper
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
