We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce and Performance Marketing professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least three of these platforms, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily sales operations, listings, campaigns, pricing, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
- Run and optimize ads on Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM, and GEO.
- Track profit and loss tipping points, margins, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with at least three of: TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Data-driven with a strong grasp of conversion rate, average order value, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
- Comfortable running automation flows in Growave.
- Resourceful, fast, and thrives on testing ideas.
