E-commerce Lead Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce professional to spearhead sales growth, optimize online operations, and elevate customer experience within the 3C industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, run targeted promotions, and identify opportunities for growth through platform partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Customer Experience & Fulfillment: Provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless order fulfillment, and support retention programs.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Social Media & Content: Coordinate social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive website traffic.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports on sales trends, campaign outcomes, website traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Livestreaming & Content Engagement: Assist in planning livestreaming sessions, track performance, and collaborate with the team to optimize future sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to execute e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
