We are seeking a seasoned Multimodal Operations Director to oversee the management of complex maritime and logistics operations.

  • Lead end-to-end vessel and project operations in compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, agents, port authorities, and internal teams to execute shipping activities seamlessly.
  • Direct technical maritime operations, including cargo handling, project logistics, and port clearance processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and high standards in documentation and execution, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, port authorities, and stakeholders at all times, building strong relationships.
  • Provide operational reports and feedback, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Experience in maritime operations with a deep understanding of regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing technical and project-based maritime operations.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours based on operational demands.
