Lead Digital Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced digital assurance specialist to lead our digital capabilities deliveries from the business side on our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journeys, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure objectives are met.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of services or products.
  • Identify and remediate defects within the production process.
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management in banking or digital domains.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles and their application in digital products.
