Job Title: Senior Manager, DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Digital Quality Assurance professional to lead our Technology Architecture and Policy team.

  • This role involves defining the strategic direction for both DevOps and Digital Quality Assurance, providing expert technical guidance on planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of all DevOps and Quality Assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish overarching strategies for DevOps and Digital Quality Assurance.
  • Develop business-specific quality measurement frameworks, create metrics, reports, and dashboards to track improvement.
  • Consult on and implement strategies to improve test efficiency and reduce test cycle time through standardized test cases, data, automation, and code/test coverage analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance to the test team on designing and implementing testing tasks.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the team to meet performance targets, fostering a high-performance environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in DevOps and/or Quality Assurance, with significant portion in leadership or lead role on large-scale projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of software testing concepts, quality standards and procedures, and relevant DevOps tools and practices.
