**Job Profile Summary:
You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement and responsible for driving engagement and sales platforms digital agenda and adoption.
You will focus on one of the digital verticals in Distribution Digital Enablement Team - the Digital Transformation Team. You will lead the team to focus on building new digital capabilities / platforms to transform our point of sales and other distribution processes aligned with our distribution strategy.
You will also actively drive stakeholder management and change management for these new capabilities / platforms launched to drive maximum adoption across our channels.
**Job Description:
The role will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Digital _
- Review the design and implementation of new projects to increase productivity and drive sales
- Recommend digital solutions to enhance our sales engagement and point of sales processes
- Steer distribution business / digital requirements in the design of new platforms and digital capabilities
- Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance in UAT
- Drive adoption strategy, change management, training and communications in new launches / releases
- Utilise technology and data to be more proactive in strengthening market conduct and managing an ethical and compliant sales advisory process, with a long-term view and with scalability and sustainability in mind
- People and Business Leadership _
- Lead the Distribution Digital Transformation team to ensure execution excellence across new digital initiatives in our sales engagement and point of sales platforms
- Work closely with key Business Generation stakeholders to drive business development opportunities in line with the strategic direction (FREYA, O2O Sales Transformation)
- Collaborate with regional Pulse COE teams as Distribution SPOC in strategy and execution
- Work closely with PACS Technology, Customer, Compliance and Risks to ensure quality in delivery, maximise business value and enhance prioritization decisions
- Engage distributors in the design process in every launch of new digital platforms to ensure user-led design that drive ambassadorship and meet customers and business needs
- Support Head of Digital Enablement to build the business case and develop the local ACR for each new platform where applicable
**Who we are looking for**:
- Degree in a discipline related to Digital, Information System & Technology
- Min. 6 years in financial services related industry; and
- Preferred experience in digital and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
