Bakery Production Associate

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Associate to fill a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery products in accordance with specified recipes and production standards.

  • Daily production of bakery products including bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Maintain the highest quality and consistency of products at all times.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certificate in baking skills or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably one year of baking experience with evidence of consistent quality delivery.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
