Job Summary

We are seeking a Category Optimization Specialist to lead our efforts in driving optimal TCO conditions. This role will develop and implement category strategies to improve supply chain efficiencies, ensure resiliency, and reduce total costs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage outsourcing agreements for direct materials and components.
  • Develop and own supplier relationships to drive cross-business synergies and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment on timelines, target costs, and new technologies.
  • Analyze market trends and forecast category projections to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Technical knowledge of direct materials and components, preferably in electronics.
  • Experience in program and process development to integrate cost savings strategies into product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
