About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes across various categories, ensuring that we get the best value for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in category management and negotiation. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional category strategies for Facilities and Equipment, leveraging internal demand insights and external market intelligence.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, value engineering, and supplier innovation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year sourcing roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in indirect procurement, with 3-5 years focused on facilities and construction sourcing.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Contractual acumen: proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
  • Analytical rigor: advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau preferred).
  • Communication & influence: strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Project leadership: proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in English and Chinese to support regional supplier and stakeholder engagement.
